Working with Deloitte Digital, I helped VMware dramatically change its daily interactions with over 800,000 customers and partners via the My VMware customer self-service portal. Working with cross-functional teams spanning VMware and Deloitte Consulting, I designed, tested and refined the My VMware user interface and user experience. The end-result unified once disparate, complicated interactions surrounding license keys, support requests, contracts, and other information into a single, intuitive brand experience.
