Working at Deloitte Digital / Übermind I worked with Bio-Rad to develop UX documents, hi-fidelity UI mock-ups and an HTML prototype to re-envision their customer experience on the web, enhancing the user experience and developing a stronger creative vision. Improvements were made to navigation, search, product content, shopping cart & checkout while introducing a responsive web design. Our solution created a better brand and user experience through strong, thoughtful product photography; clear typography, selective use of color and visual hierarchy; a consistent, responsive grid system across the entire site.
