Working at Deloitte Digital and on-site at Adobe in San Francisco, I helped develop a persona-driven website experience to support the customer-product life-cycle from awareness to purchase. The prototype we built provided Adobe with a strategy to move from a narrow, silo view of customers to a Adobe brand view — one that fosters exploration and creates context across all products.
